Persons under the age of 18 may only place orders under the supervision, and consent of a legal guardian.  Tack Trend reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders after providing a refund.

Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the United States, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the County of Adams.
