Returns & Shipping Policy

If unsatisfied with your purchase from Tack Trend we accept returns within the following considerations;

  • The return process is initiated via email within 14 calendar days of purchase.

  • Returned products must be in like-new condition, without signs of wear or use, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning their order.

  • Returned products are to be mailed with insurance as Tack Trend is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

  • Buyer provides Tack Trend with a tracking number.

  • Each product returned is subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.

  • Tack Trend will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your return.

  • Products purchased on sale are not returnable.

All orders ship by the next business day Monday – Friday. 

  • All orders ship by the next business day Monday – Friday.  Orders under $99 are charged a $9.95 flat rate fee.  Orders over $99 receive Free Standard Shipping within the USA. Shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, determined by shipper based upon cost, delivery speed, and carrier reliability.
